Painting over wood paneling in this room was job number one after move-in. As soon as our three little ones were in bed, the brushes and rollers came out. We used a latex paint in eggshell finish (see: three littles) by Benjamin Moore called Brittany Blue. This was, of course, AFTER doing the whole thing in another paint color we decided was too baby of a blue (Breath of Fresh Air). All the details are in a blog post, here.
